At Manebí, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new resort-wear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Manebí packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the protective dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
